Duelmaster of Kolact, Captain of the Imperial Guard
Three times she stood before me. Three times she fell. Three Blood Feuds answered.
Three stains wiped from the honor of the Guard.
Ruby, once a killer, now a footnote. She never touched me this time. Not a strike. Not
a graze. The girl collapsed in the first minute of combat, too weak to lift her blade,
too arrogant to bow out. A warrior? No. A farce. And I will waste no more words on
her.
Kolact, hear me now: This is my last stand upon these sands. The Lady has called.
Darkholm needs another proven warrior. After one more battle, I leave this arena and
take my place among the elite of our world. It is not retirement. It is elevation.
Before I go, I will not let the Runesword be handed to the unworthy by default or
chance. I will not let Kolact fall to incompetence. I will challenge a brother-in-
arms, Treirus of War Hawks. Let glory be earned, not inherited. Let this arena
remember that honor still guides the hand of the Guard.

I, Novgorodny Vir, return once again! Practice pays for DYNOMYTE, who pummelled BIG
ROCK, to pocket 12 points. Win some, lose some. Speaking of which, AJAX was
winsome, after beating MOLDAVIUS and seeing him lose 5 points. Well, Duelmaster
OCTAVIAN challenged WAR HAWKS' TREIRUS. Is a 22-9-1 good enough? What can be a
greater victory? TREIRUS has taken his place as the top, as KOLACT's new Duelmaster.
