Quarterback: "Definitely the stable's weapons master. That spear he gave me was
incredibly sharp and well balanced. It was like dancing a deadly ballet out there.
This was a full team win."
Reporter: "You are now 10-10. What's the mindset going into the final stretch of your
Basic arena fighting?"
Quarterback: "Stay hungry. I've got goals--I'm not satisfied yet. One fight at a time,
and I'll get there."
Reporter: "Congrats again! Go celebrate with your team."
Quarterback: "Thanks! We earned this one. And, may the gods guide your blows straight

Greetings warriors! It is I, Zontani Sharp Eyes, here to bring report of the
clash and bustle of the weekly MALCORN games. PURPLE MUSCAT caught the eye of many
in the gladiatorial commission as it skillfully bested GENGHIS JAHNS and was awarded
11 points in recognition. In one of the week's more notable duels, MOLE put down
HEAVYWEIGHT, causing him to lose 8 points of recognition in the process. The city
has turned out in honor of CRAKLIN, for with his arena victory he may now lay claim
to the highest position in the city! Would you believe that over half of the old
women in MALCORN seem to feel that they could fight better than you gladiators?
Many and various are the arts of battle. In MALCORN "art" is a word that has
long since passed from the language! MALCORN, city of gladiators! Mighty among the
names of thy guilds is GREENWARDENS, a guild shunned and avoided by many in the
weekly duels. Apparently the stalwarts of SCUM & VILLAINY are catching the bulk of
jests down at the challenging board for their large share of the avoids.
What warrior does not hone his years, impatiently waiting for the moment of his
foe's mortality? Dark alleys may hide both secrets and assassins. In the arena
there is only the brightness of steel. Keep vigil always!
The girls are as pretty in MALCORN as ever I remembered them....and the fighters
as ugly! Don't let your reputation slip! Sadly warriors, now longer can I keep thy
