You elder fighters surely remember me. The younger ones may call me Olaf
Modeen. I return to ZENSU once again! Up 'n down. Up 'n down. Rankings always
change. Up 'n down. I think I'm gonna be... Well, CRUEL PET NAMES' 2nd moved them
up to 4-1-0 place. What's with GLORIA? She actually beat BEYOND THE PALE's DAN'S
GHOST, and walked away with 25 more points from the fight. Major screwup at DEEP
SHADOW. FROST BLADE lost 13 points to SQUASH THE SNAKE. Some new strategies,
perhaps? Maybe FROST BLADE will provide more easy wins... See how the Duelmaster
challenged DREAMS WORK's BOB? That sort of initiative is how he got where he is now.
BOB was reminded on the sands why FRENCHIE is Duelmaster. Wouldn't it be nice to
have live subjects to practice on? I hear some team is looking into the uses of
convicted prisoners.
Speaking of cowardly avoiders and unfair challenges... The most avoided team
was OXY MORONS. Management must be dealin', as the boys at CRUEL PET NAMES ain't
reelin'! OXY MORONS' mad! What do people see in DAN'S GHOST? Its 20-27-1? BEYOND
THE PALE ain't talkin', but it's got 88 points. HUMP THE CAMEL of CRUEL PET NAMES
knows how to pick 'em. He challenged GRANDPA JACK of DIRTY DOZENS who is up by 21.
Now was this a wise move? HUMP THE CAMEL perhaps got his just desserts, seeing as he
was defeated by GRANDPA JACK and ended up with 76 recognition points. I hate going
to the effort of writing about the kind of fights that FLOODS gets in. It fights
people like MILITANT PACIFIST, 12 points below. I thought FLOODS showed great skill
and promise when it overcame MILITANT PACIFIST. All right, so I slept through it!
Big deal!
A fighter's lot is filled with strife, revenge, and killing. Some fighters
don't accept this. The best do. How long have I been here? I got people to see,
places to go...
Well, I'm pretty much through. You guys need to get back practicing. Are you
as tired of reading this as I am of writing it? Actually, I guess I'm writing it
