A Fratsfan nobleman and a high-placed member of the Andorian Assassins' Guild. He is a typical Fratsfan nobleman in appearance, tall, lean, blond, suave and courtly, snobbish, handsome and he knows it, about 35. He is totally self-interested and highly ambitious but conceals this well. It is rumored that attempts have been made to blackmail him--there's plenty of evidence if you go looking for it--but somehow the would-be blackmailers seem to die quickly. Orbenj is not above using blackmail himself. He is contemptuous of Emperor Allonj of Fratsfa and lusts after Allonj's wife.
