A humanoid race of Alastari; their name for themselves is urushka. The major differences between orcs and humans appear to be a heavier bone structure, longer and heavier jaws (orcs have 36 permanent teeth) with pronounced canines, and a slightly higher birth rate and correspondingly shorter life-span. Orcs tend to dark skin and black hair and eyes. Orcs are not particularly common in Alastari; their main city is Glacks Keep near Stormcrowe. Sheila Greywand is one-quarter orc. Orc-human crossbreeds are possible, and are fairly common in northern Alastari. The main homeland of the urushka'tha is to the east across the Storm Sea, south of Ferencia.
