HEY!! I mailed my turn the day AFTER 102 ran!! I sent everything in blind, no challenges. REALLY!! :? And now I read that this AGENT character is making with the derisive comments... I am overwhelmed with anger and puzzlement (and a smattering of embarassment). What happened?? I dunno. :?:  :?: I NEVER RUN FROM BLOODFEUDS, THOUGH. BELIEVE IT! I'll remail everything TODAY. Except I'll challenge all of Agent's fighters within range. And I'm giving prior notice of the fact. So nayaa!! :P (hey, emoticons are fun!)
Tsk. Tsk. Surely you expected derision for not showing for the bloodfeud? Agent says he is sorry that you did not make that round, but even sorrier that he was not given that opportunity to BF. We think we heard something like dirty, rotten, no-good, yellow-bellied skunk, but we may have been mistaken.   8O P.S. After Agent heard that you are challenging all of his contracts next turn, he is going to skip next turn, too. He must be learning from a master?
I still haven't received my turns for 21 and 81. Anyone else in the same boat?
I'm close to you geographically and right in that same boat with you. I got 82 today, but still no 81 or 102.
Well, If nothing comes today I will send in my stuff a little blind. Hey Santa! Where's my Duelmasters, you fat punk?!
You might want to watch what you say, you don't want to get put on the naughty list

Not a bad turn for the Monster Manual, 3-2-0-1 with 1 DA. Pit Fiend challenged up 21 FE and walked away with a win and 4 skills. Berserker re-positioned himself for a re-match with Kid Charlie. The new Monster arrives, the Queen Bitch Chromatic Dragon, Tiamat. She will be appearing in her human form...for now.

I got DM-81 and 29 Saturday, but still have not gotten DM-19 that runs the day after 81.

Nope, that isn't what happens (at least, with me). I have had just a couple of fighters return from the DA -- just two. Now, I've run no more than four teams at a time (two were slow). I've played D-2 for a total of about 4 or 5 years, spread out over more than 20 years... I don't have a high level of expertise/experience in this game; I freely admit it.
So
IF
a fighter returns from the DA unscathed, my first assumption is that he was losing because I wasn't running him correctly in the first place! It's not a case of mistaken identity. I feel compelled to keep the fighter for a while longer, just to see what I could/should have done differently. I think of it as a learning experience -- the tuition is the cost of running this guy. I spend more time analyzing his fights, 2nd guessing myself, etc. because, you know, a crappy fighter just
shouldn't
come back from the DA!
So I'm always thinking: "If I did my job right in the first place, this guy could have been more successful. I should be able to have a winning record with
almost
anything." It's a philosophical issue, I suppose.

Didn't get my results until TUESDAY, which is aggravating, but some things are worth waiting for. This being an old-school arena I read my fights old-school -- I never check them online.
So, my turn arrives today and guess what Santa brought to the Diner? A sweet 5-0 turn that's what! Also a 5-skill turn for Angry Salad, who isn't quite so angry today.
So, Otto's Diner will be offering FREE figgy pudding through New Year's Eve!

Bummer. I thought I could win the BF. I am interested to see the fight. Marco Polo is looking impressive. So, do I go with Jager again, or switch to Marble or Cyril? At least I have choices.
Yeah, when the feud is done I'll share the numbers with you since you are a fellow PS manager. He isn't a slouch, but as I said before, he is performing well above his skill. He does appear to have knack though, so I'm not complaining at all.
As to your choices, yes, I know! That is what makes planning for it so difficult because it is really 3 separate and very different scenarios.

When I last spoke with Sandy, she mentiioned that the next name change was coming in February. So if you. Hold out a bit, perhaps you can change it in 2 months.
I have heard that 3 times but it will take a little while for the Duchess to graduate she only has 12 PP and I don't see her getting the throne within the next turn or two.

I survived the first round of BF from the Guild. I know Jager's style, and Marco Polo continues to exceed expectations and skill levels.

As for the turn, 2-3.
Not great. Like the new kids, thought.
As for team names - Ben, I think I remember seeing something over a year ago where they said something like, "For a limited time only you can change a warrior or teams name for $1." In that case, you would have to wait around until they had another sale. Team history matters to me a lot, but so does the name, so I don't envy you that choice.
