Weapon breaks have been the bane of my existence this month. Marco breaks one against Patroclus and doesn't have a back up (a rarity, and I'm not even sure if it wasn't a mistake). I have 2 other warriors in 59 break weapons and refuse to pull back ups (both with 21 Wits).
Expect a spotlight about this travesty next turn in 81 and a completely unrelated one in 107 the following turn and maybe an SYP the turn afterwards -- SYP expose on the frequent weapon breakages that are plaguing the Darque Ages/Forces guilds and a few others. |
Ah, yes, about that.... I had a spotlight in mind as well. Essentially, we know where you have your weapons made and modified... you can guess the rest. Also, 21 wit genius-types always think they're too smart to have to pull a back up. Lot of my 21 wit genius-types died that way.
But c'mon -- you didn't say anything about the five or six crit parries Patroclus was throwing around. Granted, it was vs a fist... |

| 4-1 here with a DA, so I am very excited. The best news maybe the new RU however. I am very excited to roll this guy up. He should be good....(knocking on wood.) |

| 2-3 turn plus new duelmaster. Not sure what happened with the challenges -- I did bloodfeud Corvette but it turns out he challenged me. Still counts as successful revenge, anyway. |

No not yet. My plan is to have it ready on turn 123. That will be the four year mark from turn 20. |
Four years !? Incredible |

3-2 for the Guild
Successfully fended of D Noble's bloodfeud - lost the samematchup last turn.
Lost my own attempt at a BF.
Overall, not a bad turn. Not great, but not bad. |

| Not bad for us. Patroclus whined about getting a second shot at Marco Polo -- he got it. I didn't get my results this Saturday, but I look forward to reading that fight! And some silly manager looked at Pandera's record and thought she was a weak LU. She's NOT. Just been scummed a lot, that's all. My striker went 9 minutes, my PR went 12 minutes. Not bad, though both lost. Learning curve and all that. Good spotlight; lots of personals (though we were missing a few people). Gotta give Judith another Kudos -- she's doing an excellent job in the commentary role! |

3-2 for me this turn, including three more challenges getting through to me, and a failed bloodfeud...
Still - this arena has proven to be at least as fun as advertised so far!

Another 2-3! I hope this isn't my reversal of fortune back to the badness!
I am more interested in the round robin than the record! I can't wait till I get all 10 then its on to working on the record! 4 styles to go with all 4 running! |

I'm not a math teacher or anything, but I think the 1-4 I just posted is going to make it really difficult to go 15-0 next turn. Being superstitious about such things, I should have known better than to mention it .
Oh well, as long as all my guys learn 5 skills I guess I can still be happy. |

Pauly, the spot was great! (What errors?)
Plus, it was good to see our Capital Cartel finally made it back, with a very, very pleasant return W/L. |

So, I wrote a spot because I said I would last turn. Of course, I wrote it at 11pm monday before the turn ran, so needless to say, it's riddled with errors.
Besides that, I'm hoping to be going for a 15-0 after this turn and I'm also hoping that ABs keep hiding so my scum can continue to rise. Although he had beaten a couple ABs on their challenge early in his career, so watch out! |
