13/5 should be able to do it.

With 11 ST and 5 DF:

CLUMSY BARBER does not seem to have the STRENGTH to use this weapon well.
He seems to lack the DEFTNESS to effectively use this weapon.

Looks like 13/7 to me.

Also of note: wielding a single Large Shield requires more than 11 ST and 5 DF.

That's what we expect. (what Manager said)

P.S. Bailiff gave some great advice for bashers in the newsletter. Head it well.

I got my results yesterday, as well.

I managed to break out of my 2-3 rut with a 3-2-2 turn. Bring on the bloodfeuds!

Gee, I'm sorry to hear about those bloodfeuds...and you were so close to the throne Wink It might be me and the Goon again.

Any idea why we are not seeing the newsletter yet?

I believe it goes live tonight. I got my turn in though and Maularia met his toughest opponent yet -- Mordant Goon, an NPC.

Really i wonder why that was? I know I double challenged him; I am sure others did as well. Why the NPC?

Because the arena has brackets previously in place from when Seam was a non-basher arena, Maularia was able to jump a bracket to become untouchable by you lower life forms. Don't worry though, you would've lost. A simple thank you will suffice.

LOL Keep thinking that....

They accidentally deleted the Darkholm link when they updated the page. Sounds like a fair trade, losing a regional ADM arena and gaining an all-basher arena.

I finally found a 5th member for my squad and it is safe to say he is my first ever 21 DF Basher. In an effort to break out of my rut, I'm also experimenting with a few different weapons this turn, namely the Broadsword, Great Axe, and Large Shield. Looking forward to seeing how it goes!

No, the turn hasn't run yet (although this is a good placeholder), but wanted to share the good news that the Newsletter is no longer hidden! Maybe our role as second class citizens is finally going to change.
