Welcome back Mrnitetime and Adam R... it's great to see more and more managers returning to the game. It's hard to believe that i've now been back for two years. A LOT has changed... information is all over the place on the web and the boards, and as a result, design theory has evolved and competition is at a higher and deeper level than it was in the past. Visit www.terrablood.com if you haven't!

And always remember... friendly advice is now only a PM away. The DM community as a whole is an amazing group of guys who are more than happy to help with questions of every kind.

Good luck on the sands!

As has been said previously, welcome back Smile

I am a recently returned addict to the game, and the other posters aren't kidding - a lot has changed with regards knowledge levels. I have managed to misplace most of my records (even though it's "only" been 10yrs or so since I last played), but RSI were kind enough to send me the mini-descriptions of my warriors. Some surprises in there for sure, since I had no idea who had done what, learnt what, or how they had performed Smile

Either way, enjoy the addiction and good luck with the game.

Hey, even if you never play again you've come this far--give RSI a call and ask for minis for your entire account. They still have your account on file, I guarantee it. Keep in mind, however, that M U C H has been learned about the "secrets" to the game. Your teams of warriors may or may not be optimally designed based on the information that has been gleaned over the last 25 years.

What arena(s) did you play in? What teams?

Welcome back, you will soon learn the addiction was just dormant...

I used this name (Mr Nitetime). I played DM with a friend who I believe still plays. He used to go by the name of Prak.

I have my old battles stored somewhere, I would need to go find them.

Welcome to the boards. Hopefully we will be seeing you in an arena sometime soon.

What arenas did you run in and what were your teams?

FYI: if you ran in an arena that is now closed you will have the option to move that team into any arena of your even if you have another team there already. The only two arenas that don't allow team transfers are the No-Tourney Arenas...oh yea and the New Manager With 0 experience arena of Noblish Island, you can't go there at all.

Once again welcome and swords up!

Welcome back!

I'm not aware of any online archive that goes back that far. There is an old newsletter section of this site that stretches back to 2003. If you ask about a particular arena, you might find a manager who has records saved from that era.

Regardless, even after so long an absence, RSI will still have your warriors in their system, and can provide you with mini-overviews and even such details as how many skills they have learned in each area, to help you get back up and running.

I hope you decide to stick around!

Not really. All that stuff would have had to have been scanned and saved and I don't know of anyone who did that.

On the Terrablood website there are a bunch of old Hoser Reports saved, which is from the day.

Welcome back, though. I started in '87 myself. It's always good to see one of us come back to the fold!
