5-0 for the Guild!

Haven't seen a turn like that in awhile. Sweet.

Working towards that round robin, but we did somehow manage to let LP get ahead on this little treasure hunt as well.

Did you celebrate by going to the US Olympic trials for Women's Curling? It's OK you can admit it! Laughing

No, I didn't.

But my in laws did have it on tv for awhile so I watched the mens final a bit. And yes, I have actually thrown a rock on a curling rink. Not much, but I have.

Don't go making fun of the great white (not yet!) North!

You wanna' be Canadians you! Laughing I picture the "Beer Leagues" like Hockey's except with "Drunk Bowling League Guy" and their falling ALL over the Ice.... I mean EVERYWHERE!

Hey Detroit Skating Club is right down the road about 6-8 miles from my Dad's, same house where I grew up in, and their world famous for our Figure Skaters, Tara Lipinski(etc.), Curling is around this area too.

After all Canada is just SOUTH of us!

I was hoping a show of goodwill on my part might curry favor with the Duel2 Gods. Maybe I have found the secrets to appeasing this notoriously fickle lot? Wink

Might the Duel2 Gods finally be smiling upon the Warmasters? A 4-1-1 turn to follow last turn's 5-0. In addition, a pretty decent replacement RU for Glabrio.

On a side note, I agree with Tripwire. Nice to see some of the various styles other than just TP & ST's having success here. That is why I love this arena so much. With no tourney's to prep for, I think we tend to get a better mix of styles here that are also more competitive.

3-2 turn for the Diner with one DA and one bloodfeud as our losses. The BF again resulted in big learns for Macho. Retained the throne a third time and Big Bad Borscht finally graduated. 11-3-15-15-17-10-13 SL, norm end, trem dmg. Favorite Battle Axe!! Look out freshmen!! Fave learn decise. He learned way over what his 15 wit would imply -- 65 skills in 35 FE. That makes seven styles graduated for me! Probably not going to catch Darque and LP but I can dream.

3 - PR
4 - PL
5 - WS
6 - LU
7 - AB
9 - SL
10 - ST

3-2 and I get to mark another style off the Round Robin list! 1 more to go, but it looks like LP is going to beat us all to the punch.

Oh good lord. I finally get some challenges through and go 0-5!

Maybe I should just go on maintenance! I seem to do better that way.
