You have a rippin' mindset!
We don't really believe you were going to make a 3 WL ripper.
11-10-13-17-9-13-11 ST
12-10-11-17-9-12-13 ST
from a striking mindst.

I thought of striker for them, but strikers and I don't get along these days.

The first one, I'd suggest going with Consortium's ST design. I've done 3 WL rippers (and ABs) before, and they die almost before they step on the sands!
The 2nd one could easily be a PR, those are good numbers and it'll get good damage, which is big for any style.

Well, I'd have to go ST with the first: 13-10-13-17-7-13-11
I'd want the 13 strength for the WH and GA. Should be okay with a 7 WL.
The second: 13-11-11-17-10-9-13 P-Strike. More offensive than a PR with a wider weapon choice. Good vs other P-whatevers. A Jack of all Trades.
I hate low WL fighters of any style, but if I had to choose, I'd go ST for the first all the way. PR, PS, or ST for the second, unless you want to run your PR design as an AB, which for a Basic arena looks okay.

Kid Arcane! I didn't think of a parry-strike. I love the style, but it is rare that I find a roll-up I trust making one.
