Why would you put so much in the CON? I am only asking to learn. I only have one PS in advanced and she only had a 12 CON.

If you want a fastish piker, make him like a striker (my last offering); if you want a tankish piker, then you have my offering.
Same for bashers and other types .....................

I'd probably make the first into a burner TP:
9-11-9-5-13-13-10 --> 14-14-9-5-19-13-10 TP
Training order would be: WL to 20, ST to 15, DF to 11, CN to 15, WL to 21, CN to 16, ST to 16, learn skills.
The second, I'd probably go with your design, but make it a LU and hope to avoid Little damage:
8-12-6-12-9-10-13 --> 11-12-6-17-15-10-13 LU
