We are only 17 HRs away from breaking the all time record for HRs in a single season in MLB! Should happen today! |

Holy crap I didn't realize that or hadn't heard it, and I am following my Twins closely in the wild card race! Judge hit another damn dinger off them last night...   |

Just look at the leader board in the AL and you'll wonder who the heck most of these guys are.

I was lucky enough to get tickets, to the twins/padres game, Sept 12th (through a Wild promotion, at the last hockey game, my chica n I were at, last spring). Was pretty neat seeing them bash a home run, for each of the first seven innings, in a 16-0 rout! |

Lucky!! Only Twins game I got to this year they lost to Detroit 6-3 and no home runs by our guys, Santana pitched like crap (much like Tuesday night).
Is it just me that thinks it's insane that hockey and basketball are already starting their regular seasons? Only half the games of baseball but seems twice as long with the playoffs...going into next June is ludicrous.
Lynx avenged their WNBA finals screw-over loss to L.A. last year, the rightful champs are back! |
