Yes, obviously it'a a scum TP, we all know that. I told myself I wouldn't run scum in tourneys any more, and of course it's on one of my tourney teams, but this one is just too textbook to pass up.
The reason I'm posting is for the finer details of the last few points to assign to the rollup. Here are some possible final numbers as I see them:
Right now, I've got the first choice filled in, what would you do?
On another note, which do you prefer, large scum or small scum? small ones are better in defense and parry of course, but bigger ones get the added Hit Points, and damage when/if they ever hit anyone.

We feel extra-big scum don't do as well. We prefer 14 0r 15 max size for such scum. This one is pretty, though, and if we made it a scum it would be #1.
Rather, we give this a chance as a "dumb" basher at
17-11-18-7-17-3-11 or 16-13-18-6-18-3-10 burner

Maybe 16-11-18-9-17-3-10 WoS burned to 17-12-18-9-17-3-11. Or 15-11-18-9-17-11 WoS. I'm a fan of Krow, a sz 16 WoS recently in Shadowspire. I want a big WoS too. Don't have a real reason. Just want one and that one looks like it could be fun if it gets a couple little bonuses.

I think someone just (in the last couple of days) posted about this rollup in Chatzy as having graduated it to ADM as a 17-15-18-3-17-3-11 ST

Well, seeing as I'm not interested in graduating anything like this, and its only purpose would be to try for a TC/TV, and the likelihood of that is exceedingly slim these days, I'll probably never run this one.

Hi _Buri_,
Here is my $1.50, which mirrors one of Manta's suggestions.
Wall of Steel (WoS)
ST 15 - Train to 16
CN 11 - Train to 13
SZ 18
WT 9 - Train to 10
WL 17 - Train to 19
SP 3
DF 11
Armor him up and train his stats first to the above, before skills. While it will take a longer than normal to train skills, I would also expect an above average number of wins. Plus, you can't train SZ once you get to ADM.
At the very least, send it in prior to DA'ing. You never know if the RUG might look favorably upon you.
I might as well send it in that way, as a WoS. It's doubtful it'll see the light of day in any case, but it's always fun to see interesting things on rollups. That's another thing, scummy TP rollups always seem to turn out exactly how you expect, with damage being the only real variable.

No guts; no glory.

Sent it in as a 9WT WoS, it came back with Great endurance and Tremendous damage, both above average. No perceptible skill bonuses. I might run it for a while, it's gotta be more fun than a scum!

What!!! Scums are great fun. One can even read a book while they are fighting.
