Everyone, except one, seem to think that a 21DF means aimer. The Consortium target is fun and wins, and not necessarily running aimers.

Nah. This was a guy from DM82. And old, old, oldie, with a lot of tourney time. He never really did that well, but scummed his way to a 5-3 in Challengers at the D.C. Face as an immortal.
