Ok I have some important prize update information:

In the original announcement:

"Every Match win by a manager wins a 0.5 Faves Knowledge potion (max 4). A 0.5 Faves Knowledge Potion can tell you the exact Offensive Effort OR Activity Level of a warrior already inducted into Primus."

This was the wording I used last year, and the "warrior inducted into Primus" part was intended that I wanted to interfere in the tourneys as little as possible. However, it's been brought to my attention that 1.)Some teams don't have any Primus inducted warriors and 2.)That's now how Lee implemented it last year. (She just told people the favorites for whatever was in 102) So you can now use these on any warrior currently fighting in 102.

Secondly, multiple people have asked before the tourney if they could subtract a stat instead of add one for the plus/minus stat prize. (If you know how RSI implements the damage potions, you know why people would want to subtract a stat). I got a tentative "Yes" from Lee, even after I explained to her why people wanted to do it. This would obviously make the potions more powerful than intended, not to mention it's really hacky. Yes, I could veto it, but it could be argued that I have good Primus warriors and no matter which way I rule I could be seen as self-serving.

It is my hope that people who won a damage prize from Lee, lobby for her to fix the silly way of implementation so that people who want to use the prize on a 25 ST warrior aren't punished. (Maybe a Primus only rule if the damage bothers her). Conversations are ongoing, feel free to send me your thoughts.

Also, the various prizes that directly modify favorites (Halberd, Response, etc.) can be out of bounds for style. Weapon Lightening prize cannot generate an out of style favorite.

For clarification, it's not a +1/-1 stat, it's +1/-1 train, correct? Could not be used as a shrink potion, right?

Yes it's the equivalent of 1 train. Can not be used on SZ.
