Lee confirmed in Tempe that this event will take place the July 17 w/e in Charlotte, NC. (At a Doubletree I believe.)

It would be nice to know the confirmed hotel. Helps making travel plans for a tourney that is only four months away.

SUMMER FACE-TO-FACE IN CHARLOTTE!
We hope you will join us at our summer FTF in Charlotte, NC on July 17-19, 2026! It will be held at the DoubleTree Suites Charlotte - SouthPark at 6300 Carnegie Blvd, Charlotte NC 28211 (704-364-2400). Room rates are $169.00 per night, 1-2 occupancy. There's free wifi, a restaurant and lounge, fitness center, business center, outdoor pool, and free parking. The rooms are blocked (no code, but you can tell them you're with RSI if you call).
As always, if the block appears full or the reservation site isn't working correctly, please make your reservation the best you can through the website and then let us know and we'll work with the sales office to get them to correct your reservation. (IMPORTANT: Do not prepay or use any other booking site to reserve your rooms, because they can't be corrected! Corrections should be done before mid-June and can't be done after you check in.)
Minioverviews and the tournament announcement will be out in June.

I wanna go, but holy sheet are flights insane.... even 2.5 months out im looking at $550 not counting fees and tax.... yikes

Flights - $500 ish
Rooms - $100 per night (shared)
Entry and RU costs - est avg $400
Misc (food, drinks, etc) maybe $100+
Can be expensive ........
Yet, I will probably see around 30-35 of us there.
