# King of Primus 2026 – Official Rules and Event Guide
---
# 1. Overview
**King of Primus (KOP)** is a team-based Primus competition where managers assemble teams of warriors to compete across multiple rounds, culminating in a championship tournament.
Managers must enter a **Main Bracket team** in order to participate in the **Off-Style Bracket**.
---
# 2. Eligibility
Any manager who has **at least one warrior currently fighting in Primus** may participate in King of Primus.
---
# 3. Team Composition
Each team must consist of **five warriors**.
Team rules:
* All five warriors must be **different fighting styles**.
* A team may consist of **one or multiple managers**.
* A manager may belong to **only one team in each bracket**.
* Managers who can field **five warriors of different styles themselves are strongly encouraged to do so**.
However, **combination teams are allowed** for managers who cannot assemble a full team.
Event organizers reserve the right to **reject or modify any combination team considered overly powerful or unbalanced**.
---
## 3.1 Adopted Warriors
Adopted warriors may be used, but the spirit of the event requires that the warrior be **permanently transferred** (via long-term hold) to the receiving manager.
Warriors should **not be temporarily loaned solely for the purpose of improving tournament placement**.
---
## 3.2 RSI Filler Warriors
Managers who cannot complete their team may receive help from **RSI employee teams**.
