yeah, I don't think I'll be coming back either. I'm addicted to another game that does not touch the check book. Good luck to all and I hope to see you all around. If anyone is interested in the other game, email me...

oh, and if anyone could pass that email along to Doc Steele, I lost his number awhile back, I'd appreciate it! |

Easy there Staple Gun, we have a nice little community going over there at the other game. On second thought, bring 'em on, most former Duelmasters players don't fair too well in the beginning. I know when I started, it was a struggle to break old habits. |

I was meandering around and saw the posts from Sharky. That rings a bell from 27 if I'm not mistaken. Sharky's Pool Hall maybe?
30 was my first arena in '85 with The Wowbaggers, followed by Fourth Reich in 27. I also had The Examples in 5, Uruk-hai in 32, Fun Zone in 36 and somethingorother in 38. 36 was started as an Experienced Arena and you had to have certain credentials to join.
I made a brief return to the game in the late '90s after running into the manager of Wrathmen at our 10th high school reunion. However, then I started a game of HW, got hooked and dumped all my DM teams to start as many (up to HW games as possible.
I presume the Frothingsloshers mentioned previously are related somehow to Biff "The Boss" Frothingslosh? |

38 started as an experienced arena as well. My team in there was one of the first but my main arena was 14 and a few fights in 16. |

**Yep, same Frothingsloshers. Biff is still active, or at least was when I left the alliance. |

There are rumors that sometimes "frothing" oneself is the best way> Could this be true? What a Dalarquan idea? |

Basically, if I came back today it'd be like Michael Jordan's third return with thew Wizards; he didn't come back thinking he'd be the best in the world, just wanted to come back "for love of the game". I retired at the top of my game. But I'd be lying if I said that the idea of playing and your urgings haven't made me at least a little bit interested in giving it a shot. |
*sniffles* These are the reasons I returned. I hope you decide to return, even if it takes you a while longer to decide. |
