I would like to suggest eliminating guest posting on the forums. We are getting some stupid spammers every few days putting up topics. Also, there have been people posting as "guest" talking crap and being annoying without having to at least identify themselves. Would be nice to eliminate that.
Also, to avoid spammers signing up bogus accounts, I think it would be good if someone signing up for an account provided a team name and RSI account number or something for verification. Some provision may need to be made for new managers, etc, but this would go a long way.

Although I find our anonymus guest has quite the sense of humor, He realy should identify him:herself. And RSI should make an account ID verification before letting in just anybody walk around here.

hmm, why am I having this weird sensation? I think I've been here before. ...could it be? Oh yeah, it's deja vu! It's all good though. Post it as many times as you want, Travis. Maybe if it keeps showing up in every forum on the site, the admins might start paying attention to the suggestion or something.

Not trying to steal any thunder, and I was glad to see someone else bring it up before. But, I wanted to get it out there again in the Feature Request section for RSI.

Hey, no thunder stolen. I was only playin around. I'm glad someone else picked it up as well. Besides, I talk too much and you don't talk enough. People are more likely to listen when it's coming from you.

I'm sure there are those who would disagree with this... <grin>

We always enjoy listening to a "little" talk from The Stud.

I just had to add my voice to the list of people requesting the revoking of "guest" posting. That and doing something to stop the current wave of spammers needs to be a top priority on this board.

I agree, but to the point that the last anonymous post in the kLk vs V@U was bad enough where I wouldn't have wanted my 10 year old nephew reading ths website.
I'd hope the collective good of the website and the loyal members outweighs the possible new accounts that RSI could get. I'm sure we could show even more loyalty. And anyways, if someone sees those slams they might be more inclined to turn to another game anyways.

I'm wondering how pissed off we all have to get before anything is done. These guest postings are really trying my patience.
Moderators! Do your job and at least delete the damn things, you were pretty quick to delete political content.
