Yes. A close friend recieved an open threat letter from an asshole in my alliance. My reaction was swift, just and FINAL.
I have resigned from the DE and any current events or future will be without me.
The culprit is none other than Danny aka Heathen, Kon.
I could barley stand the racist parts of his personality, but this goes too far!!!
Threatening a friend of mine is like threatening me, something not wise to do.

I have forwarded copies of that letter to Hammer and to Toker...and it's time to deal with this parasite in our community. It's up to us to deal with it in an appropriate manner.
I've considered forwarding a copy of the letter to the Warden at the Utah State Pen and perhaps even pressing charges against him for terroristic threatening....but, I'm reluctant to do this....
I'm open to suggestions from the community...

This may be asking the overly obvious question but, have either of you contacted him directly to let him know that what he wrote wasn't cool? I don't know the guy but he may have not intended things to be as serious as you're taking them. Now, I'm not saying that you shouldn't be taking offense. Just make sure you've got his motivation right before taking serious action.

oh he meant it....when he says....."if I ever see you...don't let me see you or I'll show you what an Aryan warrior...." and this isn't the first time he's threatened to do harm to someone...he did it a couple of years ago to Warsprite (Tony Tilson) and threatened his whole family and at the time, Tony's Mom was dying of cancer.
The dude is a parasite.....

I agree. I've had to put up knowing what he was, though hes never been nasty to me, but i draw the line when real life menaces start flying as well as the racial remarks! The last people on this whole planet who even should be even slightly racist are us white ones. I never stood for it and never will. One of the most useless wastes of time IMO is being a racist or a hate filled person.
I'm already wasting too much time with this. Sorry.

I'm not "wasting time." I'm either gonna run him out of the game, or wind up retiring myself. I won't tolerate a$$holes taking this into my personal life and I refuse to play with them.

My friend, instead of retiring, why not join a quiet arena, with lots of flavor and history. Sunset or Mordant would be emminently suitable.
IMO, based on what I've seen here, I would just report him to whatever authority has jurisdiction, with copies of the evidence.
Ignoring him would be worse (for him) than giving him satisfaction of getting anyone 'riled up.' After all, he's only looking for an audience to play to.

i agree to that as well. He's a big baby looking for attention. I refuse to play with him anymore, so dont look for me at the TW unless someone needs a relacement.

What you say is true...can't switch sides....almost made me quit 47 as well, but I'll be damned if I let some jerk run me out of my home arena...and...if I get my way...he won't be around long enough to worry about anyway...Baphomet is about to show why he's NOT to be threatened in real life...time to get just a tad nasty.

I concur whole-heartedly with this. Don't let someone being a jerk (even if it's a huge racist jerk) ruin your fun. Doing so only shows that he can control you.

I can say I'm glad your out of that group. While it's discusting about the way it happened, now you can go to a good group....like ours.
But on a serious note, I'd forward it to RSI, and if applicable, I'd forward it to the authorities. If he wants attention, that is the way he can get some.
