I´m surprised Dead Champions was bigger than Rookies, considering the prize for winning a living tourney. Personally, I ran 12 Rookies whereas with a Resurrection prize, I probably would have run zero.

For all this talk about what it takes to be a TC contender in the ADM tourney, consider that this is a mail-in and strange things can happen.

When Siamese Twin TC´d she was nowhere near those skill levels and she absolutely tooled everyone she fought except one warrior (who knocked her down). If an underskilled PS can win a tourney, anyone can. The only caveat to this argument is that she won in a tournament that was not triple elimination.

aka Adam.
P.S. -- Ironically of the three TCs I´ve gotten, my eventual TC has had to defeat the runner-up twice in each of the tourneys.

You´re right, Jolly. In Mail-Ins, the best warrior in the tourney is often left on the outside looking in. All it takes is one loss to take you out of TC contention, and that often happens on round 10. (In five different mail-ins, I´ve had 9-0 warriors lose in round 10.)

The one thing I´ve never been lucky enough to have is a 10-0 TC. I´ve always had to fight on past round 10 in order to TC. Perhaps this time...

In an ordinary Mail-In tourney a close to the bar non-bustout warrior can TC. But this is no ordinary Mail-In tourney, the bar is set a lot higher, especially in the ADM classes.
