I'm thinking 11-12-6-15-21-8-11 Lunger is the best you can do with this. See how well he learns, if he's bonused at all.

9-12-18-7-7-4-13 Professional Torch.

14-12-8-9-12-11-4 I looked hard for something here, but the low Deftness kind of kills it. Anyone see something?

I agree on the first 2, although I might consider WoS on the first, for the second one you could make either a LU or SL out of it.

14-12-8-9-12-11-4

14-12-8-15-17-11-7 LU

same for SL or if you don't mind burning, not a bad option for a 15 WT warrior

14-12-8-15-15-12-8 SL burn to 15-12-8-15-15-12-9 and grab a BA (and could even try bumping either WT or WL,WL if normal endurance to start or WT if he's learning to slow, but not both).

Tough, with starting wits of 9, 7 and 9 it's hard to make anything exceptional. That said:

The first one makes a decent lunger and probably WOS, but I personally would make it a TP. (One that fights more than scums obviously) You can always pick your moment and burn to 17 wit if you're not happy with development.

The second one is not just big, its remaining numbers are awkwardly placed for my tastes. Maybe see how it rolls as:

9-14-18-11-9-4-17 AB ? (and then kill it anyway)

The last could probably be playable as a TP (sounds weird but some unorthadox numbers work surprisingly well) or a low DF offensive (the ones with high base attack):

15-12-8-15-17-11-6 Lu/Sl/Ba (I put points in DF as I would burn to 7 for weapon selection. You could leave it or just make it 5, especially for basher, and use the point(s) for more str or even con (last choice for me). Again, if you went ahead and burned wit to 17 early it should make a perfectly good basic warrior, IMO)

Oh man that is a clone of one of my favorite warriors. 11-12-6-15-21-8-11 WOS. He has been a very good warrior for me. He did have some luck as well as the nice base that design starts with. Fav's blow WF Decis mod/low. anyway consider a waste. You need more wit and or def to get the kind of lunger that would be better than going waste with that. In my opinion you can't draw up a much better roll up for a waste. Anyway justa thought i wanted to share. Good luck

That's exactly what I'd do with it. If he doesn't learn, train wit to 17.

Try 14-12-8-15-17-11-7 SL with a broadsword. Lunger works too if you don't mind the SS. If he learns poorly, test his nightvision.
