How can somebody join a non-alliance? Joining would indicate there was some structure to join TO or to join WITH. There being no such structure with FONZ, how can one join with it? Also, how can a non-entity have credibility? Wasn't the FONZ high-maintenance quotient meter already pegged to max?
There is no high-maintenance quotient within The FONZ. It is only to those who must interact with them that a high-maintence factor is applied.
