You are not going to believe this. I was sitting at my computer reading the forums and playing a game online when I heard a sound in my garage. Walking into the garage, I found some a$$hole taking some of my tools. I tried to catch the dumba$$, but he ran to his truck and drove away.
Its incredible to me. What the hell!
Fortunately he did not get or hurt anything important, but the balls of it just amazes me. Especially considering our computer is just inside the garage entrance. I'm totally floored by this. |

3 guys did this to me once. They were greeted with the sound of a pump action 12 GA. They got to leave with a police escort. |

There is nothing more violating than someone being brazen to come into your house and steal. I only wish you could have taken the right angle to the "sideline" and de-cleated him with a powerful tackle. Well, either that or had a 9mm waiting for a reaction. Sorry to hear about that. |

Some folks just don't give a rat's a$$. I am happy that nobody got hurt in the incident. MD has the right idea. Nothing deters crime better than hearing a pump-action being worked.  |

Friday must have been a day for crazys.
I took my 13 year old shopping. Some old guy walks up to us in the mall and asks me flat out "Do you want to try some crack cocaine?" It just stunned me, then my daughter blurts out "No! drugs are for losers". I could'nt stop laughing. I told him to get lost if he knows whats good for him.
It's amazing how people can live everyday not realizing that their actions can have consequences.
One of my favorite sayings is "Don't screw with people, because they might SHOOT you" lol.

The guy in the garage is not that shocking to me, but I can't believe the nerve of that crack dealer.

Oh I've had plenty of thoughts of what might have been. But there are as many bad thoughts as good, so I'm fine with the outcome as it stands.
I just can't understand walking into a perfect stranger's garage, home or whatever. I'm not naive enough to think it doesn't happen, but it does escape my ability to fathom.
As for the drug dealer, wow. The tough thing is the guy obviously sees enough father/daughter pairs buying that he thought he could approach you guys. Mind boggling. |

People are just nuts in this world! I have no desire to hurt anyone, but I also have no desire for myself or my family to be victimized either. I carry a concealed pistol (and permit to do so) on me where ever my travels take me and is allowed by law.
I have even began to take my wife to the shooting range to keep her in practice just in case some one tries anything when I'm not at home. |
