I'm in the process of verifying an input error for my warrior, Leatham. If I do get the verification (and I should), will there be any consideration points-wise for this? Considering my abysmal performance to date, any extra points would be a blessing.
Has this happened before in TOGS and if so, how was it handled previously?
edit to add: The input error was his weapon selection.

Let us know what RSI has to say about whether this was an input error or not. Honestly, I don't know if it's come up before.

I do not remember this ever happening before either. If this is a RSI input error please inform us.

Got the email back from Sandy and she did indeed verify it as an input error. Travis, what email would you like me to forward that on to?

It certainly looked unusual when your warrior came out with THAT weapon.
This will be an interesting scenario. Your warrior had an input error. Not right, of course. You, at a minimum, should get the loss and team loss removed by RSI. As to TOGS, points are only scored by a win, and none lost on losses. It would seem inappropriate to remove points from the winner, who did all that was expected and succeeded, but what to do for the loser with the wrong weapon in hand. It will be an interesting review for Soultaker/Nuln/Tiny Little Death Stud.

I definitely agree. The winning warrior shouldn't be penalized as he did nothing wrong.

Oh, I totally agree. I don't think Creepster should be penalized at all. Just was hoping for a couple or 4 of 'consideration' points.

In light of this seemingly insurmountable travesty that disrupts the entire foundation of the contest, I vote that we start TOGS over.

The TOGS Triumvirate has conferred and we've agreed that what makes the most sense is for a warrior who had an input error to be given credit as if they had won the fight. In this case, it was a random with another TOGS warrior, so Leatham's team will be credited 7 points.

So that technically gives me three 2 win turns in a row! Anti will probably never talk to me after this contest is over.

You will probably be the only person who can say that
You lost seven to Sentinel and Sentinel gave 'em back!
