Are these PR type #'s? Or am I way off base?
The original #'s are: 7-9-9-10-12-10-13.
I figured the best I could go would be: 9-9-9-15-17-10-15.
Do I have the add-ons in the right spots this time?

Oh, I *REALLY* don't like anything under 17 wit for a PR. I don't like 15 wit in general, and when I do run them, I prefer them on either TP's or things like lunger/waste/parry-lunge. A PR absolulely has to learn quickly or he'll never be able to overcome that low skill base.
Personally, while your numbers are fine, I'd be tempted to go 10-9-9-16-17-10-13 LU, train WT and ST each once. If you went with your numbers, you'd still probably want a lunger, just stick with SS and hope he learns well.

I like your numbers for the PR, but I am of the same thinking as Ichabod about the 15 WT. I think 15 WT is actually some sort of warped nexus for non-learning and you're lured in by the tantalizing "intelligent" overview statement.

Oh, I forgot While EP is the classic weapon for PR (which your numbers would let you use), I would go with either just SC or SC/SH or SC/off hand of your choice. I don't have too much respect for the EP unless you have a warrior that favors it and gets to jump up and down slashing opponents.

$.02 worth, I've seen numbers that made (what seem to me to be) good PR's without great wit, but yours wouldn't be one of my choices for that. As you built it I'd have said PS or perhaps? PL. 15 wit varies wildly for me. Some can't find a skill with both hands and a map. Others average out to decent learn rates by getting 5 skills in one fight and 0 in the next....
Almost anything you made this would be better for record, I think, with the 16/17 set up and training wit (it's absolutely the decision I've made with similar several times and I'd still do the same). Lunger should work that way (and to me all but a couple work fine if you give them lunger numbers so take your pick pretty much if you do want something else) and it's hard to argue you shouldn't make a lunger when you get the numbers. Personally, so again this is a FWIW, I'd like a bit more physicals for a PR and often work on them for quite low speed set-ups with some success.
