I was going to at least participate in the Mail-In Bloodgames but I did not receive a reply re the DYOs I sent in 6/30. So, I guess I'll be even sitting out the Mail-In BGs which means I'm saving $60 and not participating at all in this years summer face.

Guess, that means even less easy wins for you guys!

Good luck!

When you say "no reply" what does that mean? In any circumstance, call Sandy during the day, she'll take care of whatever you need. She's pretty good about answering the phone now that she's back in the office. But, I highly recommend calling today or as early as possible next week before she gets totally slammed with tourney input.

Probably right about that, I could have bugged her a bit by phone. No one's fault but mine really (they do an amazing job doing everything they do), but I'll have to painfully and regretfully sit out this one anyway...

On the good side, I'll be much more a part of the October tourney coming up as far as quantity! Looking forward to it emensely!

See ya then!

I have been calling everyday for the past 2 weeks or so and have not gotten hold of anyone yet.... e-mail does not seem to work either. I have left voice mail for them to respond to my questions via e-mail and still nothing. I am sure they are swamped right about now, but I have been calling 3-4 times daily and I just get the machine. any suggestions anyone?

I finally got a hold of them this week, they are supposed to be back in the office...

Email Sandy directly instead of the CSR address if that's what you're using...

It's the same as the CSR one, but put a "sandy" in front of the @ sign.
