i'm not a big fan of 15WL lungers... they wear out to fast.
it seems like with a 12 CN along with high WT/DF and moderately low WL it lends itself to a finess/defensive like a P-riposte.
5-12-9-17-10-5-12
7/9-12-9-21-10-6-15/17 PR or
5-12-9-21-15-6-17 AB
or maybe a PS? i'm curious to see what the others say...

I can see how you would go defensive with 12 CN, but I was hoping for something offensive.

9-12-9-21-15-5-13, and you can use any number of styles. I'd probably make him a TP, but you could do that, PS, PR, PL, or striker (not my first choice) easily enough. If you want to leave the will at 10, then 9-13-9-21-10-5-17 PR or PS is definitely an option.
You may want something offensive, but you can't force the rollup. As a rule of thumb, offensives typically need good damage, good endurance, or both, and this guy isn't likely to get either. On top of that, if you have the con, you should use it. Points in con are typically wasted on slashers, strikers, and bashers, and this guy doesn't have the endurance to be a lunger or the deftness to be a good aimed blow.
And yes, gentleben, I know there are exceptions; I can list any number of them myself. That's why I said "rule of thumb".

I was thinking 5-12-9-21-15-5-17 AB
Or 7-12-9-21-15-5-15 LU
I do like this roll up. What do you think?
I think you are asking for trouble with a 7 ST lunger. However, AB would work just fine. I wouldn't bother spending 5 points getting to 15 WL, though, I would make it:
9-12-9-21-10-6-17 AB
That being said, my first preference would be to make this roll-up a PR or a PS.

With his small size (relatively) and low strength potential, you're bound to have some troubles if you go offensive...

To riff on your numbers...
7-12-9-21-13-5-17 AB or ST
It's pretty hard for me not to take the opportunity to get the 17DF along with the 21WT, so that's why I varied your designs. I'm pretty clueless about AB, but that should be pretty doable as a ST. In my opinion ST as a style offsets the wimp factor better than other offensive styles
10-12-9-21-10-5-17 PR is what I would do. But I've been lusting after PR since I read the post about Daydream Believer, so there you go.
This is pretty similar to several other suggestions but I threw the "extra" point on ST and gave up a Dec and Ini that you would get from the 6SP. Maybe you catch a break on damage.
