New RU, needs to be as good as possible. Stats to start are
6
10
11
9
17
8
9
I have two thoughts (not very bright then, huh?). The first is
8-10-11-15-17-8-15. Second is 9-10-11-15-21-8-10. I figure LU or SL. Any thoughts?

8-10-11-15-21-8-11 LU/PL good looking RU. I'd probably go PL, train STR once and give it a SC and run with it.

Apex has it just right I think. The strength train doesn't burn skills while the DF train would. No reason it couldn't work as a slasher, if that's what you want. I'd say it's best suited to LU/PL though. Even though the SC is a far better weapon than the SS, I'd have probably chosen lunger if I had this one. Take your pick.

Let's see????
6-10-11-9-17-8-9, hmmmm......, conventional wisdom says go with the #'s listed below
8-10-11-15-21-8-11
But what style??? I disagree with everyone else who has posted here so far. What you want is a style that can use the SC effectively with minimal trains to ST. Best choices are probably SL, WS, TP, or PL. Personally I would probably go with WS or TP the fight's tend to be abit longer with a better chance to learn with only a 15 WT.

Hmmm, FWIW I agree this would make a fine TP. Better, by some measurements, than a lunger. It's not set up in the way that I've had my best success with slashers but I still agree that it works without making it my choice. I'm not satisfied with PL but I haven't run so many as to argue that one. WOS? Huh. Maybe, but I'm hard pressed to see that as a first choice? In the end, the closer something is to a good lunger design then the easier it is to make into a good something else. This falls a hair short of some pretty good lunger numbers, so ought to succeed, if its learning holds up, as most styles. (I do think longer -especially active- fights help but probably less so than winning. On that basis, I should have recommended the TP.)
