Well, got my turn today along with 84. Yah, interesting turn....I thought my ripper put up a fight in the BF, Ben, from looking at the newsletter, but it wasn't much of one really. Salamander caught a really bad matchup with my basher, tough break Obregon. The experiments almost always die. The Purple Magic fight was a bit of a "what the hell?!?" moment, too, considering L.W. had just lost to him last turn. Go figure.

He was very effective against TPs. Yes, he was an experiment back in the day (WAY back).

yeah i was puzzled as well. i read the fight at the face and got my replacement, but i burried it somewhere in my big pile of crap. i might have altered his strategy? his replacement isn't anything to really write home about, but i'll run it. we'll see...

I thought she put up a pretty good fight and had she not swung wild and missed she might have won, she connected against Amazon but not Speedo, just go to show one miss shot can cost you the fight

I've never really payed attention to the Sunset threads before now because I wasn't actively running a team there. I guess I'll have to check in to see what everyone is saying now that I'm running my team there.

Welcome to Sunset at last, Mannequin! Appropriate I'd say for one of the game's most notorious slayers to finally be setting up shop in the Arena of Death! Now, just HOW much hidden FE do your guys really have? I think I remember seeing at least one of them in previous tourney results lists posted in the newsletter....Regardless, GREAT to have you baring steel at last in Sunset! Blades up!!

I only remember seeing them once before this last tourney where there was at least one more that did fight in Sunset this turn, the ID numbers suggest about 12-14 turns ago so that is about 6 to 7 months so no more than 2 tourneys worth.

RIP buddy. for any interested he was: 9-12-8-21-9-12-15 TP. he would have made a pretty ST but i wanted some flavor. he was better than his 3-7 record believe it or not. OTP's are finicky bastards and it took me a little longer than usual to pin down a solid strategy for him. stik: of course a bloodfued is in order but i won't be going for a kill. had you challenged him aiming vitals it'd be different.

'preciate that, as L.W. is a bit of a special warrior for me, right now the most interesting guy I've got, even if he has cooled down from his hot start. Nice warrior to have lost, also Salamander for Obregon, that was a surprisingly nice setup for a big guy. Condolences as we resharpen our steel for the bloodfeuds....

AB? No, I just got my first AB in Sunset started last turn so I will be paying him a visit very soon Twisted Evil

I just got my overviews today! Blood and Sand will be fighting next turn. After looking at them I can't believe this was the best RU I had in the stack. Well, we who are about to die, Salute You.
