Sunset - Turn 674

Well well well, here we are awaiting another turn that is in the books but not yet on the shelves. Who will be the new DM? Me personally, I hope that that PR stays dormant until after the tourney, other wise I see him taking the throne and not giving it up until graduation which could be awhile but then I am not really sure of the math with tournies added in so maybe it won't take to long either way I am not interested in fighting him for the thorne. Not sure if _Buri_ BFd again so I went for a shot at moving up in the hopes that Hope doesn't take a DA dive and takes down the person up top so that Gwen can try and sneak in from the champs. If _Buri_ did BF then who knows where I will end up, not even sure she would get any points if she won so she may or may not be in the Champions or the CC, if she loses the BF or any fight she may drop like a boulder in the ocean, which wouldn't be all the bad either with the BF coming to an end or maybe Red House made a mistake and BFd again only to wind up as a BF extension, wouldn't that be a hoot.

My new smurf is going to be an interesting one and a style I have never had in Sunset before so enjoy boys because you are about to be hit by Smurf Lightning he is so frieghtning Twisted Evil

At least one new team and hoping that Ludus Magnus got into the mail for his second turn, we shall see.

Im not sure whos gonna be the new DM. I have never seen The Red Blades DA a DM so he should play it out but who knows. Good Luck to Speedo in the DA I hope he wins its always nice to see them come out. As for pain in the I mean gwen good luck. Im sure he should be fine being a srtiker who is capable at least to hold his own. I see some decent contenders and some puds up there so should be fun.

Welcome to the new teams and grats to the DM and Speedo. I missed the personals dang it.

Im going with 3-2 and hope some of my new strats pay off. Seems like I have to spend more time each week to stay competitive which is good. If im not mistaken were the biggest normal arena around.

Not sure if my team made it in for this turn but we'll see! In any case The Bowls will be in Sunset in this turn if everything goes well, and next turn if not...

Ben I don't think anyone will scared of your new smurf until you learn how to spell "frightening." Cool

I'm going 5-0-5, sweep the awards, Blakskul is DM and gets his invite, and I kill 3 Kano. There. Set the bar appropriately!

Welcome Kgood. This is a great arena. LOTS of competition and a Manager who loves to spout about armor and recognition points.

As for the Shed. I am hoping for better than a 0-4 turn. Maybe 2-2?

I've been so swamped with classwork that I forgot to document what I did for this turn. gah.

Well I'll predict an 0-5 for the Monastery. So I will either be right and at least be able to be happy because I was right, or pleasantly surprised because I wasn't right.

I love spoilers if anyone has any . . .

The Tribe will be there. I did offer a few nice down-challenges to Kano, but I'm sure he is avoiding. He is the only team I will down-challenge. Without a successful down-challenge I don't like Batwamba's chances much.

I'm not sure if Walli avoided Tool Shed or not, I know I have done so before and I know he did avoid 2 teams. I guess we will see. He did beat that basher once.

3-2? That is probably a reasonable guess. I'm hopin' for 4-1. Or better, of course.

Nomad that was a nice fight with Inspire vs Kadoka. Clearly I have a few things to tweek but im game for another round anytime. Funny how my only 2 loses so far are vs PRs. We are down to only 8 and since there like a million stinkers and lungers I guess I cant blame anyone here. I havent ever run one here yet maybe it time I should now. Batwamba I dont envy but since hes an AB I wish him luck.

Yep, I did BF again. It's a matter of honor, I have to keep trying even if I don't expect to win. This time, I sent a 1-0-0 to the bloodfeud, fishing for skills...If he dies, no great loss, but if you lose, you'll never live it down!

Oh, and you don't need to call me _Buri_ except to PM me. Buri is fine, I had that name here and tried to recover it, but it is assigned to an obsolete e-mail address whose server no longer exists, so I had to make a new account here.

I went 2-3-1 with one of the guys I DA'd returning sadly ..I know this only by looking at the records on the minis i just got emailed today.

I, like Floyd, learned I went 1-2 via the mini overviews I was emailed yesterday. Whirled Peace won (I tried to Bloodfeud Dred once again) and Clusterfluff and Banana Buzz lost.
