I'll get this one started... I got bloodfeuded by a ch. champ down to my Initiate.. (maybe ch. initiate, dont remember) 27 FE to 4 FE... but think it was great, I wont bitch and cry about it. I will however bitch and cry about Yuk He from Food... it seems he ran in the tourney so, off with his head or whatever...

I sent this to Lee by email...
Yuk He (81-1685) fought in the Mail-In and needs to be sent to the Dark Arena till he is dead.
Also Yuk He has fought 3 times in DM 81 since the tourney. One was a loss that doesn't matter, but two were wins.
Please remove a loss from these two warriors.
PETER PAN (81-1759) of LA PENTARCHIE.
MARTILN (81-1742) of CLAN LONGBEARD.
Additionally SCOOBI (81-1220) of JOSEFINS HEROES fought in the dead tourney. So that team needs to be moved out of DM 81.

Before people jump off the deep end, there is a possibility this was not intentional. (though probably it was) RSI does enter ID numbers wrong. It is possible someone entered another warrior and RSI typed Yuk He's ID number.
It happens!
I had a warrior fight in DM 81 last turn without my instructions (Super Bash Brothers)... I will be there eventually and my team is ready when I decide to join the fun - and I will be following the agreed upon rules at that point!

2-3 for the Guild. Not terribly inspiring.
As for Food, it seems simple enough. RSI checks to make sure that no mistake was made, and if it wasn't than the pledge is enforced.
As for the turn, congrats to the DM, graduates and all of the winners. Andeven to the losers who survived.
Looks like it's time for me to start utilizing the Dark Arena. Nothing is more frustrating than having warriors who look great on paper but then perform like crap in the arena despite their stats.

FINALLY!!! A piker gets the throne and makes it out of Shadowspire!!!
As to FOOD, it doesn't have to be a witchhunt, but the rules must be followed to keep the arena tourney free. Also, this isn't the first time that Josefin's Heroes has run in a Dead Tourney, they did it last year too. Why are they still in 81?

Yeah, rules are rules. Incidentally, don't you hate it when food goes bad??
Chaos scores a 3-2-0, but its warriors learn very little. Disappointing. I purposely challenged high for the points and the learns. I will say more about this in the personal ads, which reminds me...
I can't for the life of me remember if I sent the ads to RSI through the email, since the button for personal ads disappeared (which I believe I did) or if I MEANT to, but didn't get around to it. In any case, I apologize for not adding any comments. It's a little lame when there are so many teams and so little participation in the ads. I don't want to add to that scenario; besides, I ALWAYS have a lot to say!
FYI: You guys might want to start avoiding me. Astyanax, a slasher, does GREAT damage and looks fairly solid. Once I start bumping stats, he's going to be a monster! And the new guy who's replacing Zen seems smart enough and fast enough to do some serious harm in minute one. You've been warned.

0-4 (didnt get my replacement in on time) and Jungleland passed me in the team rating for (I think) the first time since we started. Not a good turn for my guys.

That's right, things are finally as they should be. Funny thing is that, at the same time, the Guild passed us both in the rankings even though they only went 2-3. Or am I confusing the teams?
Jungleland managed a 3-2 and it seems to be pretty much a rule in this arena that the warriors that look good on paper underperform and vice versa. Just waiting for Jersey Devil and Mean John Brown to start kicking butt.
Magic Rat finally made it to the Isle. That makes for a decent few weeks for my Rats with the other rat, Uncle Rat, TC'ing rookies.
Last but not least I managed to get a hold of tickets to Springsteen's show in Gothenburg, Sweden. Quite happy about that!

A mediocre 2-3 for the Diner, with some highlights:
1) Gremlin Stew beats yet another aimer on their challenge. That's a total of three now if you're scoring at home. Or if you're alone.
2) A 5-skill and a 4-skill turn for two of us.
3) Bag-O-Meat avoids the dark arena by winning a fight and hitting that first train on the fourth try. Never listen to anyone who advises you to make a burner with a nine will, no matter how pretty the final product would look.

I'll be posting it in the DM Column, but for the curious (or just Saturday night lonely), here is Marco Polo:
10-11-8-14-16-9-16 bumped to 11-11-8-15-17-9-17. Learned well at 2.14 a fight and was +7 overall (+3 Rip and +4 Att). I thought Att was the favorite learn, but it turned out to be Dec. Faves were MO/VL and SH. I'm sure he'll eventually be active in 107.
