Big kudos to you for fielding your own team.... if there were a "like" button, I'd hit it for your post.

Coordinating with RSI and look like things are good to go!
This is a big turn coming up as the final seedings will be set and those of you who have qualifying matches will find out your opening round opponents as well! You'll have to check the newsletters or the forums to find out your first opponent...

OAB, scanning T594, we think we have come to appreciate you for not allowing us to be last seed. Low, but not last. (Even though we have the very last #320 warrior.) Whew!
I presume the fights will be posted here sortly.
GOOD LUCK ALL
P.S. And extra good luck to OAB for having posted the only personal in Primus.

Yeah, bad turn for me.
Submitted two challenges for all 5 of my warriors. Surprised at all the random match-ups with lower ranked warriors.
I may have to play-in now!

You'll receive a diplo insert since they printed the newsletter WAAAAAAY early, but here's a preview:
Welcome to the King of Primus! We are about to get ready for one of the most exciting competitions in D2!
There are 21 teams this year, up from 16 (really 14) last time. The rosters and seedings are done! I've double checked stuff
to avoid mistakes--but due to the quick turnaround--matchups and pairings are final. If I made a mistake, sorry, not even the
seeding committee is perfect. (But like any competition, you'll just have to play your way out of a bad seed)
Here are how the initial seedings came out:
-------------------------------------------
1. Papa Bear
2. Manager
3. The Dark One
4. TUM
5. TMM
6. Mannequin
7. Crip

9. Aragon
10. Assur / DeGotti
11. TGG/RR/Rill
12. Consortium
13. Otto X
14. OAB
15. Marma Duke

Here are the match-ups for the games next turn. All warriors are fighting the opponents that are on the same line
they are. For example in the Consortium/Madwand match-up. Expensive is fighting Firedrake, Sterling is fighting Ashar, etc.
Remember you are responsible for your own scouting! I'd double check the reported styles of your opponents.
I would also suggest MAINTENANCE for your warriors. You don't want to be a the victim of a loss just because your warrior
didn't show up.
Turn #695 Match Ups
====================
#12 The Consortium vs. #21 Madwand
------------------ ------------
Expensive(49-2956) Firedrake(30-2070)
STERLING 65-5941 Ashar(30-1777)
MORTICIAN 2-3890 Wynett(30-2340)
SHYLOCK 75-2602 Stingray(30-2264)
JON SNOW 78-2389 Violator(44-2122)
#13 Otto X vs. #20 The Mun
---------- -----------
PICASSO (7-1534) Brain(7-2962)
PURE ENERGY (5-2629) He-Mun(37-2304)
ROCKWELL (7-5003) The Faith Healer(29-2382)
ROCKET MAN (5-2812) Daivd Lettermun(37-2541)
CAPTAIN CRUNCH (5-4330) Bloodbath(60-704)
Good luck to all of those in the play-in games! Some of these match-ups are probably going to be more exciting
than the 1st round ones!

Interesting tidbits about the 105 warriors (21 teams) enrolled to do battle in King of Primus. (Realizing each team can only have one of a style)
1. Only LU is 100% represented on the 21 teams
2. AB's are represented on 19 teams - 100% on the top 10 seeded teams
3. The lowly BA is represented twice.
4. SL is the 3rd most represented style.
5. Next to BA, the ST and PS are least represented
Representation from the Top 20 warriors in Primus are:
5 LU, 4 AB, 1 ST, 1 WS
Represented from the bottom 20ish warriors in Primus (320-300) are:
3 PL, 1 AB, 1 WS, 1 PS, 1 PR
Only 4 teams have all 5 warriors in the Top 100 in Primus.

Please note the new prizes in the consolation prize pool on page 1 (bolded), which has been expanded to accommodate the increased number of participants.

Kinda miffed that I went 4-1 in Primus this turn, and ALL of my guys dropped in the rankings... is that from the sudden re-activation of fighters in the upper ranks for this contest?
Hagar is my royal court pick.
