9-9-9-12-10-10-11
Mediocre, but the best recruit I've seen in my stable in a long while.
Where to go with this?
11-9-9-17-15-10-13 looks like the obvious choice. SL, PL, PS, or PR (in my order of preference).
OR
15-9-9-17-13-10-11 BA or ST (or SL or even PS, I suppose)
I'm almost giddy. I can do a lot with this one. Even...
11-9-9-17-13-10-15, PR or AB. Lord knows there's a ton of scum in Shadowspire that could use a good drubbing! This is the gal who could do it.
What say yea?

Actually a nice arena warrior. Not Vanilla by any means. Should be 70% + win loss in basic, with any luck at all as any offensive style.

Well, if you do not want TRUE VANILLA at 12-12-12-12-12-12-12, then
our two choices might be
11-9-9-15-15-10-15
11-9-9-17-15-12-11
SL/ST/LU - we like the slashers

Off the Cuff : 9 - 9 - 9 - 12 - 10 - 10 - 11
-- Hps : 3 pnts off Averge
-- End : 27 pnts at the lowest threshold of Poor
-- Enc : 12 pnts
-- Dmg : Normal at mid Range , You are 1 points above Mode Normal , 3 points out of Mode Good damage
-- Attack + Defense + Initiative : In that Order
Simple play would be +5 WT , +5 WL ...
THEN it gets to be a matter of Flavor
+2 STR
+2 ???
Now you may want to get that Good damage bump and you will get it 3 out of 4 times putting that Str to 11 (144 warriors --> 103 at Good Damage) , this will also move you off the bottom rung of Endurance and increase your Endurance pool points into Normal
Lunger gives you best shot at getting fav weapon early
Depends on how you run your guys with AL + tactics
If you can learn 2.5+ skills per round, then with that Armor + Init, your guy can be a pain to deal with
I'd set up Offensive (Att+Int) with LUNGER , else Slasher
- Good Damage
- Normal Endurance
- You can use very good weapons
- Carry capacity to wear ARMOR + weapons without increased END burn

9-9-9-12-10-10-11.
I would go with 9-9-9-17-15-10-15 SL. Very nice.

Some version of the 17-15 wit/will guy seems like the obvious, but I might consider a 17-11 version, perhaps:
15-9-9-17-11-10-11 (+w points to spd or dft)
or
11-9-9-17-11-16-11

Fogured I'd toss out a design with an intriguing possibility, as a backup if it learns slowly, that could get you to 21 WT, in basic, in a sandbagging situation. Also as a backup if it's an arena only warrior.
It gives alot of chance at styles so I dropped the styles that need significant "Tweaking" outside of the 21 WT to the end of the order. I would see what skills it learns in fight 1, out of curiosity to area of learn(s), then hit WT and if it gets it in the first try then go for it again for a quick attempt at 2 early trains, of the 3 needed, and if I get that one last try and go for the immediate 21; I'd give about 20-1 odds against getting all 3 in a row but if on a roll ....
Eventually can burn to WL of 19 for an extra HP and plenty of endurance to compete with in any basic fight with any endurance-burn style! Could be held off into tourney-only as it approaches graduation and burnt simply in a tourney, toward a 30+ FE TC run, up to perhaps 13-12-9-21-19-12-13.
Not sure what type of team this guy is on so I'll add my "Regular team" design as well: 9-9-9-12-10-10-11 -----> 12-9-9-17-10-10-17 AB or 11-9-9-17-15-12-11 LU/SL; for some reason I always want my SLs to have "average" or "12" for a speed, I always think of the 12 SP INI and DEC skills to count as "1-plus" for almost any style that can use either skill and are not "sacrificing points in other important areas"! I know I'll have a fair shot at good damage at 11 ST/9 SZ so I'll lean towards the 12 SP over a few more points in ST for damage and endurance.

10-10-9-15-15-10-15 is my very first PL graduate. Very fun warrior. If I had to do it over again I would go:
9-9-9-15-16-10-16 PL.
Burn WL and DF right off the bat for the att/par/def skills. Then I would continue on and burn SP to 11 (for the 2 rip skills), WT to 17, ST to 11, CN to 11 and there ya have it, a nice crispy fun PL at
11-11-9-17-17-11-17
