If I were forced to run this rollup and not DA it, I'd likely go 15-10-11-15-7-9-17 PR.
Look for Parry & Attack bonuses on the rollup (it will also show Init/Rip/Def bonuses as well). This could be a servicable arena rollup if it rolls and learns well, but I'd hesitate to expect much from it.

I like Marm's numbers but as a striker. Not enough WL/CN in combination for me as a PR.
For a PR I would likely try: 10-12-11-16-9-9-17, burn WT right away. Possibly bump ST/CN once each along the way depending. Could do just fine. Or it could suck. But at least you tried!

Have we gotten this jaded? Not a statement at any one person in particular just musing at the way WE as a community are viewing RUs in general.
Sometimes I feel like only myself and Consortium are the only ones who run EVERYTHING! Not that I achieve near the results of the Grand Pobah of Success with Mediocrity Consortium is. And I know there are others who run everything just seems to be a dying crowd. Possibly an indictment on my stubbornness and lack of intelligence then on anything else!
I see a few ways too win with this thing:
10-10-11-10-7-9-13 -----> 12-10-11-15-9-10-17 AB .Not a true "Strike Blow", I prefer 17 WT 9 WL 12 SP (or equivalent DEC skills), but a very runnable 17 DF Aimer!
10-10-11-10-7-9-13 -----> 15-10-11-16-9-10-13 BA . Burn WT to 17 early on or stay at 15 WT and go 1 ST for a better damage rating chance. Could also go 12-10-11-16-9-12-13 to maximize DEC and burn the WT to 17 right off the bat!
10-10-11-10-7-9-13 -----> 13-12-11-15-9-9-15 PR . Not my best style, my only style needed to complete a "Round Robin" of graduates. Changes could be made within ST, CN, WT(16 burn to 17), and WL (7 or 9). It seems damage is important to the PR's success so I went with a higher ST for a better shot at Great damage while still maintaining 30+ HP.
10-10-11-10-7-9-13 -----> 15-11-11-15-10-13 PS . Plenty of adjustments could be made but I went with 15 ST for damage, ATT skill, and PAR skill. I could see going 11-10-11-16-9-12-15 as well; or anything in between.
My earlier statements could also be tempered by size and competition level of the arena the warrior is in as well.
