There are some days (like today) that I really hate this game. I am very tempted to DA the entire team and start from scratch. Between the underachieving (except Ramirus) and the fact that I have a squad of 5 defensives, it really keeps me from being too excited about the team. Truth be told, I find my current crop of warriors pretty boring, which is really sapping my enjoyment of the game. Right now, i'd kill for team full of Lungers and Strikers. <sigh> With my luck though....I'd DA the team and get 5 low wit TP RU's out of the batch!
Sorry, end of rant.
P.S. - 1-3 for the Warmasters with an inexplicable no show by Tremerus.

Haven't seen my turn in the mail yet, but the posted newsletter shows a 3-2 for Search the Sky. I can't understand how Santa Claus ended up as a challenge. Did he challenge, or did I? That guy had like five times the FE... but I suppose all will be made clear when the turn shows up.
Hopefully I'll get a newsletter this time -- And a decent replacement.

Vanek - I know how you feel (sort of, I personally don't want a team of lungers and strikers but to each his own, plus I can't get a better lunger than I already have so... ). I'm on my third team here now with 7th Sanctum all because Bond-age got boring. I had a great striker and a ridiculously numbered basher, but 10-10-x = snore for me. It has nothing to do with whether or not my team is winning or losing, it has to do with whether or not my team is interesting and fun. I didn't throw in the towel on Bond-age and input a new team of godlings (I would never run godlings in this bloody arena) I just started a new team because I wanted interesting and varied styles. All Bondage had was offensives and 1 horrible PL. So I entered a new team with a PS, a PL, a QS-using TP, etc. Do whatever you can to make the game fun. I figure I don't really want to waste money DA'ing when I have the styles I'm looking for right in front of me, but I didn't have one of the old original teams from here either, so it wasn't a big loss to just dump my old team. It would be for you though. Good luck with the replacements if you decide on mass genocide! (Although, I can't say I would be excited if you had a bunch of blood-thirsty offensives near all my horrible newbs...)

I totally agree with you Hombre. Anyone can fill in 10 10 X, how many warriors do we all run that do this, ughhh terribly boring. I love when I find the guy I can say hmmm let's try to get him winning, or time to try something different. Now saying that it has been hard on my record so I have put some boring guys on my team to get me winning again. Notice the change in my being at the top last 5-6 turns. No not skill, just the same old boring winners.
As for the turn, Failed turned the corner about 8 fights back and I am proud he is moving on. He went something like 11 X X 17 17 16 11. Not sure on any of his faves.
Vanek, sorry have to take a dig. Nice Bloodfeud, that is a record for 81 for sure. Ahh well,

Trust me....I know. I will never be able to live that one down. Easily the worst and most embarrassing loss of my D2 career. <sigh>

A 2-3 for the Cult. The silver lining was the BF defense for Furio 5! LP, your BA sucks at teaching. I had 3 very interesting fights and 2 fights that my guys weren't even able to swing in.
There just might be a special PA or spotlight coming next turn!
