Sent in 6 dead. Maybe one of these days I will find a decent paying job here in SC and can start playing in tourneys again.

I swear this cold weather will be the death of me. Is that Canada sending cold air into Michigan again?
Or did hell freeze over?
It just may have I sent 4 live warriors and 5 dead, if the fax was legible! Fear me I have 2 warriors in 2 classes so I just might steal 2 TCs from you regulars!

Word has arrived that RSI has finished entering tourney strategies.
The tourney should begin running later tonight!

I did not see you fear me
I dipped a toe into your Freshman waters with my natural-21/21-SZ 3- who I just wanted to test out due to good faves and a TP that at some point dropped back from ADM, fear me
Also 2 into Champs, a LU who has gone 7-3 twice and a nasty OTP who likes to learn ATT and PAR.
I couldn't unleash my best on the prize but these 4 are in the 2nd tier and I wouldn't mind having move up a class, or prep for a bust out (the double 21). Probably no true threats but could be anything from 3-3 to class changers, mild upset/longshot to RU a class right now types.
Also sent 5 Aimers into the dead all top tier excepting, and including the infamous 12-3-20-15-7-6-21 who I think is still un-graduated, mine (+3 ATT,+1/3 PAR,+1/4 DEF) died last time in the Dead in it's first fight so it's stuck at 7 FE, 7 bucks for 1 fight a death and no skills or even FE. Also my RRR modified aimer who is modified to +4 ATT, +4 DEF, +2 RIP; is a 21 WT and has learned 16 RIP, 16 ATT, and 15 DEC; Adept class.

It sounds like you sent some good stuff, Street.
My single best chance at a TC is my one Eligibles entry. I sent Ham Burglar, a Bloodgames AB who TC'd ADM last October. He only completed half of his ADM bust-out, so he had a little explosiveness left for this tourney. In the run-up to the tourney, he trained DF from 22 to 25 (taking him from 203 total skills to 218), and will be training his 3 WT (for 6+ rounds) and 3 SP (for 4 rounds) during the tourney. I'm hoping this will be enough to get him into the finals.

D'OH!
That's the other class I almost entered with 2 warriors instead of Freshman! I have 2 LUs who are at 225 and 216 skills; 225 (at 21 WT 18 WL) and 216 (at 18 ST 24 WT 18 WL). Held them in the first tier so they await action and I pray the line doesn't move around me too much.
My lone Contender (Primus) is 282 skills and is at 22 WT 21 WL and 21 DF. So not sure where the line is in between those.

The tourney is running!
My second best warrior in the tourney is, unfortunately, a PR in ADM. Second Watch of Sea Dogs was a PR created by a twin potion (one of my first two TC prizes) in 2009. Formerly, his best achievement has been to runner-up in Freshmen, losing to TMM's Scootie Puff Jr in the finals in July of 2011.
I was hoping that nobody would bust anything good in ADM for res/immortality and I could sneak in my first PR TC, but I know now that there is at least one good LU bust-out in the class (Way of the Wicked, run by Marma Duke) and probably others. I'm doing nothing tricky with my PR, just a traditional 21 WT-WL bust-out that will hopefully leave him at the top end of Eligibles after the tourney.
It will take a lot of luck for a PR to win ADM, but this guy has as good a shot as any.

So glad to hear that it's running! I'd say your 21-21 PR has a better shot than many.
It's rather strange thinking of my warriors fighting on their own without their manager watching. It's like sending the little ones off to school. Hope Floyd's killers don't get my guys this tourney.

Is it a DDB/JJF twin?

Is it a DDB/JJF twin?
When you use the prize to create a twin, you select a warrior, use those same attributes, pick the style, and it gets rolled up 10 times for you to pick the version that you want to run. The warrior I chose was a 21 WT/WL warrior. DDB has neither of those attributes.
Clones, on the other hand, are the exact duplicate of another warrior, down to bonuses, favorites and knack.
The thought of a DDB clone bores me to tears!

The thought of rolling it 10 times is more attractive then a clone of DDB to me. Forgetting of course if DDB is +4 ATT and PAR.
I figured, I guess, that you had it up to a 21/21 bust-out. Which would've made the WL pretty damn rough by now I guess. Missed on the meaning of traditional clearly, I thought maybe you twinned a warrior with similar numbers!

My most interesting tourney entry is a long shot to TC, but I think there is some small chance.
Blind Barber of Dungeon Cell began life as a 12-15-4-17-21-4-11 WS. I had received two of this team roll-up in a short amount of time and I made the first a TP (Dragon Poacher, formerly Prisoner 0083), which went on to TC Challengers. Blind Barber showed great promise early on, revealing himself to be +7, but he mostly failed to live up to this potential. Still, he did manage two Challengers TVs and an ADM TV when he busted his 21 WL.
He is now in Contenders. He managed to go 5-3 in the last mail-in, despite only having a 21 DF at that point. Two turns before the freeze, he got his last DF train to 25, so he trained SP to 5, then started learning gateway skills. Years ago, Assur attempted a bust-out in Contenders by maxing a warrior's important attributes before learning his 30+ gateway skills. He then entered the warrior (Hansel, a WS) into the tourney learning skills, blowing past the line and earning a runner-up in the process. I hope to replicate that success with Blind Barber (or do him one better)!
He enters the tournament as a 25(13)-24(9)-4-25(8)-25(4)-5(1)-25(14) WS, now +4/+4 thanks to a bonus potion from 2010. Starting right after the ADM Freeze, he began learning his gateway skills, of which he had 35 left to learn. Depending on how fast he learns, he could max out during the tourney at 319 total skills, but we all know how hard those last few skills are to learn, so I'm guessing he'll end up with fewer than that.
Will those extra 20 skills be enough for him to beat TMM's ABs at the top of the class? It'll be a long shot, but I look forward to seeing what happens!
