OK, obviously a decent scum rollup:
17-21-6-8-16-3-13
14-21-6-7-16-3-17
17-18-6-7-16-3-17
19-20-6-7-16-3-13
14-17-6-11-16-3-17
etc etc...

But is it tourney quality? I don't want to run it otherwise. This is a rollup I got after the early graduation of a very under-achieving false godling AB who was running alone, not in 84. So, if I don't run this rollup, this team is retired.

You could try:

16-17-6-11-16-3-15 WS
starts-
Ini: 9
Rip: 4
Att: 10 He lands blows on less protected areas
Par: 10 Is gifted at parrying
Def: 4 Makes few mistakes
Dec: 3


It's a rookie to Initiate at most, unless it's knacky or +4/+4, but you can find out fairly quick if it's +3/4 in either ATT and PAR. Before it's learning issues it could be effective and sneak up there.

I have to say Street's waste looks way more interesting than any scum you could make out of it. Like it!
