9-10-11-13-10-4-13

I know it would make a fine LU or a good SL but I have yet to graduate a PR yet have all 9 other styles. It can be made to have a 50%+ chance of getting Great damage or better; The low SP lends itself to a defensive and it has some CN. I tend to make these WS but this one lacks a bit in endurance; PRs tend to need damage, not act like a brick, have some carry for armor, and have decent DF.

My 2 ideas being:

9-10-11-13-10-4-13 -----> 15-10-11-17-10-4-17

or

9-10-11-13-10-4-13 -----> 15-12-11-17-10-4-15

Is there another design, other than LU or SL, and/or style that I am overlooking?

Do the numbers work well as a PR, setting aside it's starting numbers and just taking it's final numbers. Question

Am I crazy for thinking of a PR?

No you are not crazy. I prefer my PR's to be size 9 or smaller, but it is only 2 points. I would go with #1, but their really is little difference in the two.

I think that'll make a fine PR, first design. I've heard speculation that the double-17s are luckier.

if I made it a PR I would go 10-10-11-17-15-4-17 train ST to 11. if you want to graduate this guy the 15 WL will keep him alive longer. I've ran many PR's with 11 WL or lower and they have all died within 10 fights.

even with the 15 ST he still has 92% chance of getting good damage.. I just think the WL will benefit you better in this situation..

As a PR, I'd go 15-14-11-17-10-4-13, maybe 12 con/15 deft (shows +4 parry)

Also probably wouldn't run it.

That's not a bad way to go either, and with a 15 WL I'd definitely raise ST & CN to 11. Good damage is pretty important for a PR, since they don't strike that often, and this should still get it.

it seems to me that higher WL guys learn better also.. I can only blame my poor success with rippers to poor managerial skills, Longshot.. *-sigh-*

Same here.Smile

But I don't doubt your theory about high wills. It just doesn't work for my guys. I see people posting that their WT17 warriors get 2.XXXXx skills a turn. Mine learn one if I am lucky. I think i one of the few managers who has a high WIT or a high WIT/WILL warrior who barely learns skills.
