For me, 9-14-13-11-21-5-11 choosing style from TP/WOS/PL usually, if I'm in the mood for something a little different, I'd look at L/PR/PS
Another option which I like and actually makes sense for this one is
10-14-13-12-20-5-10 L
After 5 turns, he'll be 11-15-13-13-21-5-11 and well suited to LO.

This makes a fine arena TP, I've made several like this and they usually end up graduating around 20-10-0, depending on arena of course. Raise ST to 11 and then skills, you'll be surprised how well it learns.
