and

or a playful

Any help out there for the elderly?

I'd go with the one I highlighted in red, but I might switch WT & WL on the AB. yours gets normal endurance though, so it's a bit of a toss-up.

Although 15 ST on the ST, a different mix of SP/DF on the ST, and 15 WT/17 WL on the AB all seem like reasonable options, too.
