We are never offered an option to vote in the survey. The system continues to say "vote in 19 hours, etc", and keeps in that mode without ever allowing an opening for voting.

Anyone else seeing this?

Are we doing something wrong?

Same here. Says the result but never gives the chance to vote.

So, site manager, we want to vote. (In our case - no)
How are you going to help us?

If you go to the surveys page from the 'navigate' list, you can select that poll and vote in it. That is how I did it.
