Aren't the two groups Delarquian? Jeez...
Trip, you might have a good idea there. Maybe a big topic called "Alliance Issues" and there at the top can be that kLk/Doom thread so we can all ignore it. Well, maybe all but the affected groups.

The two groups are indeed Delarquan. Meanwhile, the Andorian-heavy SCOMS is arguably the greatest team ever assembled for a basic arena contest. The VC has done a great job in holding them off for the first two turns though. Still, I have a feeling it's only a matter of time....

Well, DOOMcorps chose to participate in other contests so we are not in this at all. I think the quasi-Delarquan teams should be more worried about participation than anything else. Who knows, the Iron Council team may explode on the scene; we're not supposed to talk about that though.

Hmm, I've been back less than a year and I've won one contest, came in second in another, DOOMcorps won another, and we have managers in the race of yet another contest.
Bottomline is we don't find the Turf War of interest and if you want to talk about proving your skills then I can name about 4 contests that come way before the Turf War. Furthermore, I'm loyal to my home arena, which is more than I can say about a lot of managers, and it's hard to pump funds into every third world contest that someone announces.
Besides, most the people ON this thread, excluding yourself, aren't even active in the Turf War so it looks like we're all talking out of our asses, doesn't it?

I only pay attention to slow arena contests, if you guys have victories in other contests,kudos, I can't take that from you BUT the Turf War is about whose alliance is the best. Thats seems to me to be the true test to prove yourselves.

DOOMcorps will do nothing that will give thier alliance an official standing. They ride the coattails of a couple decent managers(whom hardly ever speak, btw) and claim group supremacy.
