....unfortunately probably wont be revealed until the normal electronic release Sad If anyone has details as to why this is, please share.

I think its fairly certain that too many people asking for too many different arenas is the problem.

Sounds like a typical case whereas a 'special favor' became somewhat of a regularity - and thus expected, then taken advantage of - and ultimately abused. Mad

Regardless, the electronic posting gives some sort of predictabilitywhich is an advantage for some with slower mail service.

Kat, if you need the electronic posting to give you a couple extra days head start on mailing in your strats on a SLOW arena, then you have some atrocious mail service, indeed...you in Canada??

Regardless, could it not have been done a little less heavy handed. A simple post for no more early NL requests would have been sufficient, instead of the typical government type manoeuver that was implemented. I could rant a little but things like this always fall on deaf ears.

At a quick glance I see lots of 2-3 turns, that means no significant changes in the top ranks.
Nice to see Rillion not jump out farther ahead, I'm steppin' on your cloak man.

Not only did I go 2-3, but I had a death as well, so I end up slipping a point for the turn, 2-3-0-1 +1 = -1. I wasn't joking when I said I had some puds running in this thing after having 4 (now 5 replacements so far in the contest). Hopefully no one else at the top had a really great turn so I didn't fall too far. And here is hoping for a good replacement (fingers crossed).

Well fortunately the 2nd through 4th place teams all treaded water with 2-3-0-0 +1 turns, unfortunately for me (but good for Kat!) Janix had a decent turn and with the kill (of my warrior) grabs the lead! Congratulations Kat!

I only checked the scores of last turns top 5, so anyone else that had a good turn has a good chance of breaking into the top rank of teams:

Janix 12
GH2 11
C o Steel 11
O W & M 9
Steel Reign 9

Another lead change and another new team in 1st! This is really shaping up to be an interesting contest.

I also had another blah 2-3, but didn't lose anyone, just got a push again points-wise. At least I'm not going backwards, about all that can be said. Just hoping for good learns at this point!

The Tigers are coming. The Tigers are coming! 3-2-0. (But they do have a very long way to come.)

Well since the point total for First Place stayed the same, anyone that had a positive turn gained ground. And since the top four teams were a combined 8-12 with a death, it seems likely that those not in the top four likely had decent turns.

Good job Kat!
Nice to see the VC with 1st and 3rd, hopefully we can keep it up. I know next turn I'll have at least one loss. Time to use up my DA fight and take a chance, my 11 WT BAer is just not cutting it. 3-4 with no learned skills spells death to me. Course 3 fe was stat trains but still.

Sprinters!
Just wait for the long-distance runners.
This is a Marathon.

After 2 years of running the Morya Madness, the Memorial contest seems like a warm-up lap. Better pull up your shell and waddle alittle faster Mr. Turtle. Wink
