I'll read the spotlights and stuff tomorrow--I just had to comment on the 'Bwahahahaha!' moment I had reading the Spyreport. Losing 5 points because you were caught avoiding yourself! Hilarious!

FUNNY!
And, BTW, nice comeback, Pardner! (W/L, we meant.)

I told my partner I shouldn't talk smack
I told everyone here that I could kill and be killed with no problems but talking smack just wasn't a good Idea
You see; the problem is, The Karma Fairy has my address. She knows where I live, she knows where I hang out, and when I fall asleep she is waiting to KICK THE CRAP OUT OF ME
Down with karma
Down with 0-3

I'm out of town this week, but should be able to post some scoring updates later today sometime.

I bet you didn't know the Karma Fairy's arena name was "Mannequin".

Yeah, that was sweet! Nothing like losing 5 points for something that gains you absolutely no advantage. At least when I got caught avoiding the Creeps, I managed to avoid any creeps that might have challenged me (don't know if any did but he had several match-ups that were not to my liking...).

I thought it was a typo. I don't think I've ever seen that one before. Is this a first? No one can say TOGS isn't interesting. [/quote]

First time in TOGS, but you can definitely be flagged for avoiding yourself. (It was very common in the DM 47 contest where you got points for making the newsletter) My guess is that the person didn't know you could be flagged and was caught trying to be too clever.

Either that or they forgot that unlike the previous TOGS you no longer get 5 points for being the most avoided. In the last go round you could at least negate the penalty by avoiding yourself, allowing you to 'hide' a bunch of avoids against another team.

He also may have expected someone else to be avoiding him and was hoping to pump up the avoids against himself thinking the other manager would have more than he had thus causing the other manager to lose 5, unfortunately the other manager did not Just a theory.

Changing the subject.. sort of..
WHo is in FONZ (responding to a p-ad from A-sop) and currently in TOGS
I have Ganolous, Hombre, Snotman, Nuln, (Mannequin and Sam)?
ON the cuff and unsure are Soultaker, Death Stud/Sentinal, Farmer bOB, and The Creepster
I think one other person is as well but am not sure.
As I really dont know anyone and dont usually follow the goings on of alliances, this would be helpful so that I can do the stories appropriately.. and considering I just bounce around with them anyway..
Anyone willing to clue in the almost clueless?

The Creepster would never consider lowering himself to be a part of the FONZ, despite them being a pretty cool group of people. (well, mostly people)
