I would rather drink the stuff with the little black label and the old #7 on it.
To be honest, I rarely imbibe - but when I do, it's either/or between the two. I've argued it over and over again with many an Irishman and Scot, you just can't beat KY bourbon or TN sour-mash
There are a couple of high end scotches I love more than JD, but at nearly $200 a fifth, I can't indulge that much too often. Overall, No. 7 is tops for me.
I am with you there Apex, but in a pinch Makers Mark is better than the alternatives from Kentucky (as in Jim Beam)

I agree. However, if Jack isn't available, I'll go to Crown or Glenfiddich 18 year. If I have to, 15 year will suffice.
