1. it was an arena leaving in the gate monsters for the occasional gate monster tourney or whatever (for the people that were in to it )

2. to get in you had to be a past primus or gateway champ

1 tc allowed you in 2 or 3 tc's made it mandatory

3. the tourney for this arena would have no real prize
perhaps some prize associated only with his arena or some
standard token low value prize

4. the tourney wold be a round robin format (until there were too many
warriors in the arena

5. at the start of each split the arena itself would be a single elimination
until only one warrior remained (again some token prize)
(should you choose to participate )
(long retired warriors could be run on a maintenience strategy so
you can face that warrior you always dreamed of beating )

6. the idea is simply to get the old warriors out of the game and have
a continual flow to the end of a warriors career .

7 so at the end i can choose to retire my warrior and bring him out of
mothballs for the tournies or i can run him forever agains gate
monsters or in mini tournies of some sort . ( a way to keep most
everyone happy with the final arena )

8 we simply cannot continue in the fashion were in we all have to be willing to accept changes that keep the game fun for who we have , the player base is semi stable but its certainly not going to grow much unless there is a fluid game from bottom to top and new players can see the equity , and stick around long enough to find out about the community aspect of the game .

rsi likes to move slowly , i can accept that but if the players cant see the changes and theat they make things better for rvryone more people will cut back or quit al together

making positive changes will get back old players that want to compete against old friends and enemies alike , possibly attract new players , and certainly make a lot of us run a few more warriors , all of which will keep our hobby healthy for years to come (were also not getting any younger!)
