My off-the-cuff ideas, without a whole lot of analyzing or crunching:
13-9-12-15-9-15-11 Striker (or PS)
9-11-10-17-9-13-15 PS (or Striker)
8-9-12-15-17-12-10 Slasher (or lunger), I'd hate to pass the 21 will but I would since nothing else works
11-21-7-9-21-9-6 TP (beautiful scum, I love that one)
17-9-12-17-9-5-15 Basher

3-9-12-9-15-12-10 = 7-9-12-15-21-12-10 PS might want to go 9 st or +1 con and +1 def and lower will 4 could be anything then
5-21-7-9-15-9-4 =9-21-7-15-21-9-4 BA or LU maybe something that can survive w/out deftness / could go scum TP
another option 7-21-7-11-21-9-8 PR/LU/PL
13-9-12-11-8-4-13 =13-9-12-17-13-7-13 pretty solid could be anything I would think

I don't think this one can be a world beater long term. I might try it short term for fun if that interests you:
17-9-12-15-8-18-5 BA or 15-9-12-15-8-20-5 or 18-9-12-11-9-20-5
3-11-10-12-8-12-14
Tough to stretch the points here as well, I'd say. But a couple designs that have some potential to me:
9-11-10-17-8-12-17 Str/PS? (there's a tiny strength AB design but you always try for 21 DF by preference for AB's so I'd stick with these)
3-9-12-9-15-12-10
5-9-12-15-21-12-10 TP/Lu (have to burn this one for me to run it, see if you get a better suggestion)
5-21-7-9-15-9-4
6-21-7-15-21-9-5 seems right but I'm not as sure of the style as Jiles was. Might try TP....
13-9-12-11-8-4-13
15-10-12-17-9-4-17 PR is my choice here, but I'm very partial to the style (and even switching another point or two to con is tempting). Luck.
