There should be a way to block alliance affiliations, otherwise people will just start joining whatever alliance they want.
(Or everyone could all agree to join the same alliance and we could all get a bonus potion!!!)

I imagine that alliances will work together to list their members. Any people declairing for alliances they aren't members of will be removed from said allaince. It wont be a problem.
